Hi, I'm  Tracey Piazza

I was born and raised in the capital district. My first job was delivering newspapers and today I own a successful company that assists clients with motor vehicle applications.

In between I worked for the Department of Motor Vehicles and managed a title service company for twenty five years.

When I’m not at my desk or playing my bowls at The Salt Den my two favorite places to be are working in one of my many gardens or at the beach at dawn capturing as many beautiful shots as I can. I love stones, crystals, flowers, cooking, and spending time with family and friends.

Ten years ago I decided I needed something in my life to balance stress and the hustle and bustle of the corporate and state agency world of motor vehicle paperwork.

I tried different avenues and was offered a complementary reiki session by Toni Craft of Reiki Rocks. I had no prior knowledge of reiki or its benefits and did not know what to expect. The session was amazing. I decided I wanted to learn how to help others as it had helped me. It was the answer I was looking for and enrolled in classes. With each level I gained confidence and successfully received my Reiki Master certification one year later.

Being open to new experiences I then had the opportunity to experience crystal bowls later that year. My first session left me with a sense of calmness and awe. Second, third, and fourth sessions piqued my interest even more. We were encouraged to share our feelings after each session and briefly allowed to play a bowl of our choice. I was surprised how powerful the vibrations were and how wonderful they felt while I played. Over time I became friends with Daniel Roy, the bowl player here at The Salt Den. He encouraged me to learn and saw my potential. I played with Dan for two years as an apprentice. I do believe my reiki training allowed me to sense how each bowl affected our bodies and chakras.  When Daniel moved out of the area, I was offered the position to play here.

I began with three bowls on the floor and now play ten quartz bowls and three Tibetan. Playing on tables improved both sound and vibration. My quartz bowls are tuned for your heart, sacral, and crown chakras.

It really is an experience to remember and hope you join me someday to hear and feel them.

Namaste.
